Extended Care Program
Our Program
Bear's Club offers our families the flexibility to drop students before school hours or pick up students after school hours. Our program is designed to provide students with the opportunity to get involved in educational and fun activities while socializing with other students. Details regarding this program are listed below:
Hours
Morning Care: 7:30am-Start of school
After Care: Dismissal to 5:45pm (Bear's Club will end at 5:30pm for West Campus)
Morning Care Schedule
Our Morning Care allows for students to arrive before the start of their school day to finish homework, read, and play lots of games. Breakfast will be provided.
After Care Schedule
After Care activities are as follows:
- Arrival, snack, and recess
- Center activities for younger students
- Older students will have time for homework, reading, and other quiet activities
- Free choice activities
2025-2026 Tuition, Fees, and Deposit
To register our child(ren) for Extended Care on the Main Campus for the 2025–2026 school year, please use this link.
If you have already registered for Extended Care for the 2025–2026 school year, do not register again—you will receive a confirmation email from Maria Groeschl with next steps.

Extended Care Registration Fee (Due with contract): $75.00
Extended Care Program Tuition: (billing options based on daily rates)
Before Care ONLY (7:30 am to Start of class): $10.50/Day
After Care ONLY(Dismissal to 5:45 pm): $26.00/Day
Before & After Care: $36.50/Day
Late Pick Up Fee (Pick Up after 5:45pm): $1.40/minute late
