At Aspen Academy, we believe there is no such thing as "extra time." Whether your kiddo joins us at 7:30 am or stays until 5:45 pm, they are part of a culture that values their development and their safety above all else.
This isn't a holding cell for working parents. It’s a purposeful extension of our campus life—a place where the "Cheers" theme song comes to life. We’ve created a space on one of the safest campuses in the nation where humans can transition from the rigor of the classroom to the joy of community.
Whether they’re finishing a project, leading a game with peers, or simply enjoying the outdoor play, your kiddo is surrounded by trained staff who know their name and believe in their infinite capacity. It’s the consistency they need and the peace of mind you deserve.
Bear's Club provides before and after school care from 7:30am to 5:45pm (4:45pm on half days) on our main campus and after school care for our Early Learning division until 5:30pm (4:30pm). Supervised by trained staff on a campus rated one of the safest in the nation. Drop off early. Pick up late. Your child is in good hands.
What Are the Hours?
Before care runs from 7:30am until classes begin. After care runs from dismissal until 5:45pm. Use one or both, based on what your schedule requires.

What Do Students Do?
After care includes snack, recess, activities, and homework time. Younger students enjoy center activities. Older students have quiet time for reading and schoolwork. It's structured but relaxed.
The goal is simple: your child is engaged, supervised, and happy until you arrive.
Is My Child Safe?
Yes. Aspen has invested over $600,000 in security systems and employs a full-time, on-site Security Resource Officer. The campus is rated one of the safest schools in the nation.
Extended care operates under the same security protocols as the regular school day:
- 4-member dedicated safety team, including a retired Greenwood Village police sergeant daily
- AI-powered security cameras (Volt AI) that detect concerns proactively
- Background checks for every staff member and visitor
- Controlled access throughout the building
- Daily security walkthroughs
- Partnerships with Greenwood Village Police and South Metro Fire

How Do I Register?
Complete the registration form to enroll your child for the 2025-2026 school year. A $100 registration fee is due with the contract.

What If I'm Late?
Late pickup after 5:45pm incurs a fee of $1.40 per minute. We understand emergencies happen, but please plan to arrive on time.
