Grandparent Civic Organization

About Us
Vision: We are a community committed to the lives of Aspen Academy students and grandparents.
Mission: We are an organization of grandparents ensuring a diverse intergenerational appreciation of experiences and expertise.
Values: Be kind. Do good. Work hard. Make the world better.
Purpose: To create meaningful experiences and connections for grandparents and children attending Aspen Academy through learning, social, and impact opportunities. By fostering a sense of community and engagement, the GCO aims to enhance the educational journey and overall well-being of our students.
GCO Commitments:
- To organize educational programs, workshops, and guest speaker events that promote intergenerational learning and personal growth for both grandparents and children.
- To arrange social gatherings, outings, and celebrations to facilitate connections and foster a sense of community among grandparents, children, and families.
- To provide engagement opportunities within the school and local community, encouraging members to contribute their time, skills, and resources for the betterment of society.
