Megan Aller, First American Title

Megan Aller has worked in the real estate industry for 15 years, with 10 years in title insurance. Her unique skillset has allowed her to stand out as one of the top title insurance representatives in Colorado, and she prides herself in keeping real estate professionals central to the real estate transaction. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Aller studied Analytical Chemistry, Math and Micro Economics at the University of Northern Colorado. A Colorado and Metro Denver Native, she enjoys everything Colorado spending most of her free time with her husband and two children in Morrison, CO.

Greg Bacheller, Real Property Management Colorado

Greg Bacheller is one of the owners of Real Property Management Colorado, one of the Front Range’s largest residential property management companies with offices serving the Denver Metro area, Northern Colorado, and the Colorado Springs area. With over 1,400 properties under management from Fort Collins to Fort Carson, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge to us regarding investment properties. the rental market, a quick look back at 2019, and a look ahead into 2020 and beyond!

Erik has over 20 years of Wall Street Institutional Equity trading experience.  He started on the floor of the NYSE as an intern in the summer of 1998 and specializes in Global Macro analytics.  He has advised some of the largest hedge fund and asset managers on their trading and allocation strategies.  Previously he has worked at such firms like Bank of America and ING.  He has an undergrad degree from Boston University and a dual MBA from Fordham University. He will be taking you on a journey from Wall Street to main street, simplifying complex concepts, and will help you understand market sentiment to give you a synopsis of the current market and how to make it applicable to your daily lives. 

In October of 2017, John was promoted to the position of City Manager for the City of Greenwood Village, where he currently leads all city operations, with an emphasis on the modernization of efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery, of 7 departments and a staff of 273 people. 

John Jackson has 30 years of police service. This experience in multiple municipal police departments includes being in positions and ranks up to and including serving as the Chief of Police in both rural and urban cities in the State of Colorado. 

John’s last assignment in law enforcement was serving as the Chief of Police for the City of Greenwood Village, which is a southern suburb contiguous to Denver.  As a Chief, John valued external leadership opportunities as evidenced by him being a past President of the Executive Board for the Colorado Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP). During his time with the CACP he served as chair for the Legislative Committee, was the CACP lead for the development of a state-wide eDiscovery criminal case filing system and led many Marijuana Committees.   

Jackson was born and raised in Northeastern Iowa. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa and his Master’s Degree in Administration of Criminal Justice from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. He is a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy’s Session #236, the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar, the Police Executive Research Forum Senior Management Institute for Policing Session #60 class, the International Association of Chiefs of Police Leading Police Organizations class, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and the Northwestern University’s Advanced Supervision classes, and Situational Leadership for Law Enforcement class.
