The goal of our Fitness program is to develop a lifelong desire to become and remain physically fit by teaching our students the importance of taking care of themselves both physically and mentally.

Our classes are designed to create an environment that allows students to move. Students are involved in activities and classes that are designed to improve strength, endurance and flexibility. Sports based classes allow our students to learn the how and why of playing specific sports. Dance classes expose our students to the discipline and technique as well as several different styles of dance including Bollywood, Latin, hip-hop, and break dancing. Leadership and relationships are consistently emphasized and our students have a wonderful time.
