Katie has loved teaching for nearly a decade, with most of that time spent bringing learning to life in the third grade classroom. Katie has a Professional Teaching License and endorsement in Culturally & Linguistically Diverse Education and she was named Regis University's Woman of the Year in 2016. She's thrilled to be at Aspen Academy because of its commitment to academic excellence and inspiring students to be kind, compassionate leaders. When she's not in the classroom, Katie enjoys traveling, being outside, going to concerts and spending time with family and friends.
