Biography
JC studied Business Administration at Florida State University and quickly transitioned her operational career to Human Resources after graduating.
She has 10 years of experience in Human Resources and truly has a passion for ensuring employees feel heard, supported and informed.
Throughout her HR career, she have worked in the Hospitality, Healthcare and Advertising industries. She is sincerely looking forward to entering the world of Education and the Aspen Academy community in specific!

She has a husband and a 5 year old daughter, Sophie, with whom she enjoys spending most of her time. JC and her family enjoy traveling, swimming and hiking. Prior to starting her family, JC and her husband backpacked Europe and Asia. They have visited 26 countries on their tour and look forward to sharing some of their favorite parts of the world with Sophie in the future. In her alone time, she enjoys exercising and challenging herself to 3-5 minute cold plunges.
