Julie is a PDIS Level 3 Director Qualified early childhood educator and a graduate of the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). She is passionate about creating a nurturing classroom where strong teacher-student relationships help children feel safe, confident, and inspired to learn. Julie is incredibly excited to join the Aspen Academy community because its commitment to “Be Kind. Do Good. Work Hard. Make the World Better.” aligns closely with both her personal values and her philosophy as an educator. Outside the classroom, Julie enjoys making core memories with her husband, Don, and daughter, Lily, through snowboarding, biking, exploring the mountains, and seeking new adventures in the Colorado outdoors with their toy poodle, Peach.
