Kristina Scala Achieves Denver Business Journal Outstanding Women in Business 2022 Award!

Aspen Academy is thrilled to announce Kristina Scala has been named an Outstanding Women in Business 2022 award-winner by the Denver Business Journal. 

"The Mile High City and the surrounding region is home to an expansive coalition of talented women leading their businesses through the good and the challenging.

For Denver Business Journal's 2022 Outstanding Women in Business program, we'll be introducing readers to 33 honorees — the Denver metro area's top women executives, entrepreneurs, philanthropists and influencers."

Marketing & Communications Director

Theresa comes to Aspen Academy with nearly two decades of experience in marketing and communications at nonprofits and mission-driven private organizations. Her work includes crafting success stories from Fortune 500 teams and consulting with premiere arts organizations to cultivate larger audiences.

Theresa is inspired by the extraordinary sense of community at Aspen Academy; the remarkable students, families, and team; and the thoughtful values. She lives in South Denver with her husband, Jason and son, Wyatt. They love to travel, grow tomatoes, listen to music and sail.
