Aspen Academy's Shark Tank was spotlighted in "The Beat," powered by Colorado Inno in their "The Quad" section which spotlights campus innovation.
"It's not quite our typical college innovation story, but a group of Colorado eighth graders recently competed in a virtual 'Shark Tank' style competition to pitch their ideas.
As part of Aspen Academy's eighth grade capstone project, students pitched their ventures to local entrepreneurs, with one winner selected. Check out more on all of the ventures here."
On the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day, Aspen Academy was awarded the prestigious Green Ribbon award by the U.S. Department of Education, and was the only school in Colorado to receive the distinction in 2020. Read more here.
