At Aspen Academy, our Early Learning preschool isn’t a daycare. It’s a place where structured curriculum, connection to nature, and purposeful play all work together to set your child up for lasting success.
Our program mirrors what’s found in top-tier preparatory schools and top private schools—daily literacy, numeracy, leadership moments, and kindness lessons, all led by credentialed educators in a nurturing, secure space.
Because the research is clear: young children in thoughtfully structured school environments vs. childcare centers are more confident, independent, and prepared for kindergarten—and life.

One World, Many Stories, featured over 15 cultural stations, each representing a different country and showcasing the rich traditions, history, food, art, crafts, and customs of its people. Attendees were invited to travel the world using their event "passport," collecting stamps, taking notes, and documenting memories as they learned from each table. Paper global maps helped students spot where each country is located in the world and the spirit of the event was defined by curiosity, respect, and celebration, as students eagerly explored and asked questions, and parents and students alike proudly shared elements of their heritage.
As the summer months approach, many parents look forward to a break from the routines of the school year. But for neurodiverse students, the long pause can sometimes lead to what's commonly known as the "summer slide." This learning loss during the summer months is particularly impactful for students with learning differences, making it essential to create a proactive plan that prevents regression and builds confidence.
Selecting an appropriate early learning program represents a significant decision for parents. When pursuing options for two- to three-year-old children, a key consideration is full-time versus part-time enrollment. There is compelling rationale supporting consistent five-day attendance at the best Denver private preschools, such as Aspen Academy, and the profound impact that engagement can have on a young child's growth trajectory.

Spring in Colorado can come with a mix of sun, snow, rain, high winds, and thunderstorms. As a reminder, this is our policy for dismissal, should there be inclement weather during pick-up.
