The Student Inclusion Leadership Club (SILC) is celebrating a milestone year at Aspen Academy. In its sixth year of existence, SILC has welcomed the largest number of participants in its history, with 20 students currently enrolled in this dynamic and purpose-driven leadership experience. At its core, SILC is grounded in the belief that every person carries a unique identity that contributes meaningfully to our community. That spirit of service continued during the weekend of February 22, when 15 of the 20 SILC students volunteered three hours of their time on Sunday, February 22, to support more than 700 athletes participating in a local Special Olympics basketball event.
