This fall, four new activity buses join the Aspen family. That might sound like a small thing: it's not.

Last year, chartering a single bus ran as much as $2,500 per trip. Every great field trip idea started with a math problem, and too often the math won.

Starting in 2026–2027, that barrier is gone. When a teacher spots a learning opportunity off campus (a working business, a museum, a trailhead, a stage) the answer can simply be yes.

You'll feel the difference across the school. The trips our students already love, like Young AmeriTowne, International Towne, and JA Finance Park, get easier to run. And teachers now have room to dream up new ones.

This is what experiential learning looks like at Aspen: kids learning in the real world, not just reading about it. Our own buses, on our own schedule, mean more of it for every grade.
