We are streamlining how we share school photos and moving away from private grade-level Instagram accounts. This year, you'll receive access to your child’s photos through Waldo—a secure, private platform that puts your family in control.

How Waldo will work:

1. Your emails have been matched with the student photos of your children. We have submitted these to Waldo so that the system is able to match and deliver photos we upload in the system

2. Once we upload photos, you will get an email asking you to sign into the system. The system will also ask for cell phone verification to access the photos

3. You will be prompted to finalize your account and set a password in order to keep receiving matches

4. You will get notifications through email and text when the system matches photos to your child 

5. We will upload photos on a bi-weekly basis

FAQs

Will I have access to my child’s photos if I’ve requested they be added to the “no photo” list?
No. Unfortunately, if you’ve requested your child be added to that list, all of the photos that include them will be removed from the platform. If you’d like to change your request in light of this more secure platform, please reach out to communications@aspenacademy.org

Will other parents be able to see my child’s photos?
No. Only you (and anyone you personally invite) will have access.

Can I invite grandparents or other family members?
Yes! Inside your account, you can easily add people to share photos with—no need to send them individual pictures.

 

Please note: Waldo photos matches all students in the photo, this might mean your child may be matched to a photo in which they are not the main subject
