2027–28 Tuition at Aspen Academy: Shared Early, So You Can Plan

At Aspen Academy, we know that choosing an independent school education is both a deeply personal decision and a significant financial commitment for families.

One piece of feedback we have heard from families is the desire to know tuition rates sooner, allowing more time to plan for the year ahead. In response, we are sharing our 2027–28 tuition rates this fall, several months earlier than our traditional January timeline.

For the 2027–28 school year, tuition will increase by 4.6%. This year’s adjustment is consistent with the range of annual tuition increases Aspen families have seen in recent years.

Each year, tuition is established through a thoughtful budgeting process that considers both the cost of delivering an exceptional student experience and the responsibility we have to our families. Tuition supports the people and programs at the heart of an Aspen education: from exceptional educators and small learning environments to the distinctive leadership, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy experiences that prepare our students to thrive.

Aspen Academy’s tuition continues to remain below that of our independent school peers in the Denver market. That is intentional. We believe an exceptional independent school education should deliver extraordinary value to families, and maintaining a thoughtful approach to tuition is an important part of that commitment.

We recognize that tuition represents a meaningful investment for every Aspen family. As we plan for the future, responsible financial stewardship and transparency with our community remain important priorities. Financial aid applications for the 2027–28 school year will open on October 15, giving families additional time to understand their options and plan for the year ahead.

The experiences at the heart of Aspen Academy remain at the center of our work: outstanding educators, a strong community, and an education grounded in our commitment to Be Kind, Do Good, Work Hard, and Make the World Better.

We are grateful for the trust our families place in Aspen and look forward to continuing our journey together in the years ahead.
