Philanthropy at Aspen Academy

The Development Office is here to inspire and facilitate the sharing of time, talent and resources in the pursuit of Aspen Academy’s mission to develop extraordinary leaders.

Our greatest asset is our community: our enthusiastic and kind students, our expert faculty and staff, and our dedicated parents, families, alumni and friends. Thank you for choosing to be a part of our mission.

The first and most important gift we ask of our families is to support our Annual Fund. Each year we ask 100% of our families, faculty and staff to contribute to our Annual Fund, Graduate Gift Campaigns, Grand Fund, and Capital Campaign.

All gifts of cash, stock, and in-kind goods and services directly benefit our community, no matter the size. We are committed to only spending dollars raised – so every dollar counts! While we are proud to operate without a gap between tuition revenue and expenses, your contributions make it possible for us to focus on achieving our mission of developing extraordinary leaders.

Please visit our giving page at shopaspenacademy.com/donate and donate today. We are grateful for all donations, every dollar, every donor counts; thank you for being generous!

Annual Fund

Do Good.

Our Annual Fund supports three programs which are the foundation of our commitment to our families: Teachers, Learning & Students.

Capital Campaign

Each year, we raise funds for special projects from renovating our gymnasium to next generation security. Proceeds from our annual gala support this campaign.

Grand Fund

Save the Date: Feb 14

Our grandparents are truly the heart of our community and we love our annual Grand Day and the funds they raise to support initiatives that benefit our students and community.

TESTIMONIALS

“We decided to reimburse the school for this expense [clear masks] to show our gratitude and our appreciation that every detail is considered for our children’s wellbeing and best interest at Aspen...As a family, we’ve always strived to make a positive impact in the community. We have found that whatever we give, we get back several times over. As everyone knows, this is a very difficult time for the world in general.  It’s times like this that we all need to come together to help each other however we can. We feel very blessed to be a part of the Aspen family!” - Parents of 6th and 4th grade students

"We could not be more impressed with the investment and effort that YOU are putting into our kids’ learning. While other schools are giving up for the year, or scrambling to figure out where to even start, Aspen Academy faculty and kids are getting it done! What an unbelievable advantage our kids have - now and always.” - The Tucker Family

“We chose Aspen because of the dedication to teaching life skills and empowering the whole child to be their best – whoever they are. We are inspired by the positive effects these skills and empowerment have on our five year old. This made it so easy for our family to step-up and help Aspen with funding the new playground. Ms. Scala and all the staff have been working tirelessly due to COVID 19. We are so excited for all the kids to use the new playground and look forward to many more squeals of delight.” - The Hallquist Family

“We are grateful for all of the work the school has done to make this year possible and to make safety a top priority. We never thought going into this school year with all of the restrictions that he love school even more than he did the previous years!” - Ken and Breanna Hunt

"For seven years now, each day we’ve delivered our three kids to school with absolute confidence that they will be challenged, supported and loved. We invest in the school regularly because we believe the foundation they have established not only supports and grows our kids, but also encourages the teachers and administrators to continue their growth. This culture of lifelong learning aligns with our family values. In 2020, the coronavirus obstacles have only reinforced this feeling immensely! To be included in this remarkable community of families and for the academics and the character and leadership curriculum, we would absolutely remake the decision to enroll our kids in Aspen Academy.” - Pam and Jim Johnston
