RenWeb

Renweb is a school database management system that the school initiated spring 2007. Renweb not only stores the student and family information, but it also used by the teachers for attendance, their grade-book, lesson plans, and report cards. There is also a feature called the Parent Web where you can find the school calendar, announcements, newsletters, and other documents that can be downloaded. The lunch schedule is recorded in Renweb and the lunch calendar can also be viewed on the Parent Web. Each teacher maintains a web page through Renweb where you will be able to see what your student will be working on for the week, any homework or upcoming quizzes and tests they may have, and a summary of their grades to that point in their classes. The teacher will be posting their newsletters on Renweb where you can go to view and download them. They also post homework handouts, classroom sign-up sheets, permission slips, field trip information, volunteer needs, and picture galleries. The Parent Web can be a powerful tool for not only the teacher, but for you and your child.

To access the Parent Web from the Aspen Academy website, click on the link at the bottom of each webpage called "Parent Portal." 

First Time Parents that are logging in:

1. Click the tab labeled “First-time Users.” Enter your email address. It must be the email address that you submitted to the school. If you have not done this, please send an email to lora.cazier@aspenacademy.org so that Lora can enter your email address into the system.

2.  Once your email address is entered, click "New Parent Login." A password will be sent to your email address. You can then go back to the tab labeled “Parent” and enter your email address and your password. This page will list Announcements and show a Calendar for the WHOLE school. 

To view information from your teachers’ web pages and grade book:

1. To get to the classroom, click "classrooms" in the upper left hand corner. Only the classroom in which you have enrolled children will appear. Your child's gradebook summary, homework summary and lesson plan summary will appear at the top of the page.

2. Click the "Teacher's Web Page" next to "Homeroom" to go to the CLASS Calendar and Announcements.
