10-11 Tuition and Fees Total:

Early Childhood Education MWF:                $8,120
Early Childhood Education TR:                   $5,590
Early Childhood Education - 5 days:           $11,090
*Must be 3 years old by May 1, 2010 and well potty trained.

Jr. Kindergarten through 4th Grade:        $11,080

5th through 8th Grade:                          $11,280

Additional Fee due at Deposit
Root Group Fee                                         $100


Once accepted, you will have two weeks from the date on the acceptance letter to place a non-refundable deposit of $1,100 ($1,000 tuition deposit plus $100 Root Group deposit), your signed Enrollment Contract and tuition payment plan to hold your child’s position in the class. 

*Before and after care is also available.  Specific information regarding the program and costs will be available soon.   


SIBLING DISCOUNTS
Siblings will receive a $500 discount on the annual tuition.

BILLING PROCEDURES
The $1,000 non-refundable tuition deposit is directly applied to the total tuition amount and as such, will then be subtracted from the annual tuition.  There are 3 options available to pay for the remaining tuition balance.  Both plans require securement with appropriate bank account or credit card guarantee information. 

Option One:  
Tuition paid annually is due on July 1st. There is a 1% discount applied for tuition paid annually.

Option Two:  
Tuition paid biannually with 50% due on or before July 1st, and 50% due on or before December 1st.

Option Three:
A twelve month ACH payment plan is also available. The first payment will be drawn on July 1st and for the following 11 months. There is a $5 per family monthly charge for this option.

Aspen Academy regrets that we are unable to grant deposit refunds.
