COMPREHENSIVE TUITION
At Aspen Academy, our tuition is as comprehensive as possible so that each student enjoys a challenging and rewarding experience. Our tuition covers all basic educational expenses including classroom supplies, field trips, and textbooks.
DEPOSIT
Once accepted, you will have two weeks from the date on the acceptance letter to place a non-refundable deposit of $950 ($850 tuition deposit plus $100 Root Group deposit), your signed Enrollment Contract and tuition payment plan to hold your child’s position in the class. Please refer to the Enrollment Contract for more details.
SIBLING DISCOUNTS
Siblings will receive a $500 discount on the annual tuition.
BILLING PROCEDURES
$850 is due upon acceptance of the enrollment offer as a non-refundable tuition deposit. This amount is then subtracted from the annual tuition.
- Option One: Tuition paid annually is due on July 1st. There is a 1% discount applied for tuition paid annually.
- Option Two: You may choose to break your tuition into bi-annual payments due on July 1st and December 1st.
- Option Three: A twelve month payment plan is also available. The first payment will be drawn on July 1st and for the following 11 months. There is a $5 fee per monthly draft for this option.
REFUNDS
Aspen Academy regrets that we are unable to grant deposit refunds. We may, however, agree to defer enrollment in specific pre-arranged circumstances.
