Aspen Academy announces the appointment of Dana Kohls to the position of Interim Lower School Director for the 2017-18 academic year.
Since January, the 8th graders have developed a business idea, written business plans, created and sold products and pitched their ideas to a group of judges. After months of preparation they entered the Aspen Academy Shark Tank as their Capstone project. Here, they presented their business ideas and competed for first place to win seed money for their venture.

The middle school girls had the opportunity to hear from Kind Campaign Founders Lauren Paul and Molly Thompson on the topic of girl on girl bully. The girls were tasked with filling out a Kind Pledge, a Kind Apology, and a Kind Card. They took their pledges and made them public on our Kind Wall. Our girls walked away from the assembly with a renewed sense of our founding rule, to be kind, and a connection with each other like never before.
Aspen Academy has introduced the Aspen Entrepreneurial Institute Financial Literacy and Financial Management curriculum! From Pre-Kindergarten to 8th Grade, students are excited to learn about money.
